Both drivers hospitalized after crash on MO-P along Parr Road

NEAR JOSEPHVILLE, MO – A 21-year-old man from St. Louis and a 17-year-old girl from Wentzville were injured in a two-car collision near Josephville on Friday.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash happened before 11:45 a.m. along Parr Road. MSHP said the 21-year-old man, driving a 2011 Toyota Corolla, failed to yield to oncoming traffic and collided with a 2011 Honda Civic driven by the 17-year-old girl.

MSHP said the teenager’s car struck the driver’s side of the Honda, causing the Honda to strike a guardrail. Both vehicles were totaled and removed from the scene by Budget Towing.

The impact of the collision also left the 21-year-old man with minor injuries and the teen with moderate injuries. St. Charles EMS crews transported them both to SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital for treatment.
