Left-turning sedan collides with blue SUV at Old Halls Ferry Rd & Netherton Drive

NORTH ST. LOUIS, MO – One man lost his life, and several others were hurt in a two-vehicle collision on Saturday, KSDK reports.

The crash happened before 4:30 p.m. at the intersection of Old Halls Ferry Road and Netherton Drive. St. Louis County Police said a driver of a white sedan was turning left onto southbound Old Halls Ferry when he collided with a blue SUV.

EMS crews transported the male sedan driver, the sedan passenger, the SUV driver, and their four passengers to a local hospital. There, the sedan motorist succumbed to his injuries.

The sedan passenger was treated for life-threatening injuries, and all five SUV occupants, which included three children, were treated for minor injuries.

Police are working to determine the cause of the crash.
