Fatal collision happened at about 8:30 p.m. on Friday, May 2

ST. LOUIS, MO – Three women died in a multi-vehicle crash that happened on Lewis & Clark Boulevard in north St. Louis on Friday night.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash happened at around 8:30 p.m. north of the highway’s intersection with Haviland Drive. It began when a southbound 2013 Cadillac SRX sideswiped a 2020 Lexus RX350 in an adjacent lane. The impact sent the Lexus swerving into the northbound lanes, where it was T-boned by an oncoming 2013 Toyota Highlander, causing the Lexus to overturn. Meanwhile, the Cadillac ran off the right side of the highway and into a copse of trees.

Both the 53-year-old female driver of the Lexus and her 18-year-old female passenger died at the scene, as did the 28-year-old woman driving the Toyota. Neither driver was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.

We do not have any information about the Cadillac’s driver at this time.
