ST. LOUIS COUNTY, MO – Delays were reported following a collision Friday evening on Interstate 64 near Richmond Heights, according to MoDOT STL Traffic.

The incident occurred on the westbound side of I-64 before Big Bend Boulevard. It was first recorded shortly before 6:37 p.m.

While little information has been shared, the scene had the middle lane blocked, leaving only two travel lanes open. The accident was initially expected to clear within the hour, by 7:36 p.m.

By 7:09 p.m., more than 20 minutes ahead of schedule, officials announced that all lanes had been reopened to traffic.
