ST. LOUIS COUNTY, MO – Delays were reported late Friday morning on westbound Interstate 64 near Chesterfield, according to MoDOT STL Traffic.

The incident unfolded at Exit 198 to Chesterfield Parkway West, in an area northwest of St. Louis. It was first reported at around 10:22 a.m.

Little information has been released at this time, but the scene had the right lane and right shoulder blocked, leaving only three travel lanes open.

Officials indicated that roadway was expected to be cleared within the hour, at 11:21 a.m.

By 10:52 a.m., about 30 minutes ahead of schedule, the scene was announced cleared, with all lanes open to traffic.

No major injuries have been confirmed.
