TROY, MO – At least one person died in a collision that also shut down a portion of MO-47 just west of Troy last week.

KSDK reports that the fatal incident happened at about 3:30 a.m. on May 13, just west of Highway H.

The Lincoln County Fire Protection District said that the collision closed the highway for an extended time. Traffic was eventually restored at about 6 a.m.
